Mexicans are the most demanding 10% tip customers that encourage me to slap them
in the face. Here is a stupid question by one of them "what is the most popular dessert? the one that all customers asks for... " I reply " the most popular is the creme brulee " he replies " no, no i don't want that one!!! ".. If you don't need to ask , don't ask, i will setup signs to says experience required to eat here ... until next time.
